Abstract

Perpaduan antara praktik manajemen dan pertimbangan etika merupakan inti dari tata kelola organisasi yang bertanggung jawab. Artikel ini mengkaji peran etika sebagai fondasi moral dalam proses pengambilan keputusan organisasional. Dengan pendekatan konseptual dan telaah literatur, tulisan ini mengidentifikasi dimensi-dimensi etika yang relevan (prinsip keadilan, tanggung jawab, integritas, dan transparansi) dan mengaitkannya dengan fungsi manajerial (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keputusan yang berlandaskan etika meningkatkan legitimasi organisasi, mengurangi risiko reputasi, dan mendukung keberlanjutan jangka panjang. Artikel menutup dengan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajer dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan kerangka etika dalam siklus pengambilan keputusan, termasuk pelatihan etika, mekanisme akuntabilitas, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung keterbukaan.
