This journal follows the Budapest Open Access Initiative, providing immediate open access to all published content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Authors are not charged any article processing charges (APCs).

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

Journal History

Founded in 2025, DIDACTA: Journal of Educational Studies is committed to publishing scholarly works twice a year (June and December) and is managed using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

Archiving Policy

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to ensure secure and permanent archiving of its content. Full-text articles are also preserved in multiple digital repositories to guarantee accessibility and digital preservation.

Indexing & Visibility

The journal is in the process of applying for indexing in DOAJ, Garuda, Google Scholar, and Crossref with DOI registration. Once meeting national standards, the journal aims to pursue SINTA accreditation and Scopus indexing within its 3-year development roadmap.
