Sevaloka: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Innovation adopts a double-blind peer review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to ensure impartial evaluation.

Initial Screening by Editor
Submitted manuscripts are checked for scope relevance, formatting, and originality using anti-plagiarism tools. -
Assignment to Reviewers
Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. All reviews are conducted anonymously and independently. -
Reviewer Evaluation
Reviewers assess the manuscript's originality, scientific contribution, methodology, structure, and clarity. Each reviewer provides a recommendation:-

Editorial Decision
The editorial team makes a final decision based on reviewer input. If revisions are required, authors are invited to revise and resubmit. -
Revision and Finalization
Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and layout before online publication.
Estimated time for peer review: 4–8 weeks, depending on initial quality and reviewer availability.
