Archiving Policy

Sevaloka: Journal of Community Engagement and Social Innovation is committed to ensuring long-term access and preservation of its published content through trusted digital archiving systems.

Archiving Systems:

  1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
    Sevaloka is registered with the PKP Preservation Network, which ensures long-term preservation of OJS-based journals.

  2. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
    The LOCKSS system enables partner libraries to store and restore the journal’s content when necessary.

  3. Garuda (Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture Index)
    All articles published in Sevaloka are automatically archived by Garuda, Indonesia’s national citation index.

  4. Institutional Repositories & Google Scholar
    Authors are encouraged to deposit the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or scholarly platforms.
